Force Reload is a Google Chrome extension designed to help you quickly close and reload the current tab in order to get rid of the cache files. It is designed for the developers who need to quickly refresh a tab while they are using the Developer Tools.
The extension can perform the same action when the Ctrl F5 shortcut is used. You need to enable this feature from the Options menu.
